Required Kit
- Metal Bowl
- Tin Foil (kitchen foil)
- Circular Object (for keeping the phones standing up/easy to access by feel alone)
- Mobile Phone/Smartphones
Note, I used the (unused on my computer rig) hot air exhaust from my computer as 3. But any tin, mug, etc, anything round, and large enough across the base and up the sides (so the phones don't fallout) would do.

- Fold tin foil into square so that it is 4 sheets thick; smooth into bowl, leaving sides UP.
- Add 3. from above, the circular object, in my case the computer case spare exhaust pipe!
- Drop in the mobile phones.

For best effects, either close over the protruding tin-foil when you want complete protection from your microwave emitting phones, build a top/hat for it, and use that, or as I do, simply keep the metal bowl on a shelf, so that if even if the phones are COVERTLY SWITCHED ON, they can no longer at any time HARM YOU ... as your head/body is always OUT OF LINE OF SIGHT protected behind the metal/tin foil. If you want to get really clever, you can of course e.g. tilt your bowl so that the phones inside DO get reception, but can't get at you.
