Supplement Regime: Recovery from EMF Attacks
- Vitamin D3; 1000 Iu x 1 per day
- Alpha Lipoic Acid; 600 mg x 2 per day (1200 total per day)
- Glutathione; 50 mg x 1 per day (sub-lingual)
Points to note on each of the above, before we ADD to the above recommendations below:
1) Vitamin D-3
"Cholecalciferol, also known as vitamin D3 and colecalciferol, is a type of vitamin Dwhich is made by the skin, found in some foods, and taken as a dietary supplement.[1] It is used to treat and prevent vitamin D deficiency and associated diseases, including rickets.[2][3] It is also used for familial hypophosphatemia, hypoparathyroidism that is causing low blood calcium, and Fanconi syndrome.[3][4] It is usually taken by mouth.[4]
Excessive doses can result in vomiting, constipation, weakness, and confusion.[5] Other risks include kidney stones.[6] Normal doses are safe in pregnancy.[5] It may not be effective in people with severe kidney disease.[6]
Cholecalciferol is made in the skin following UVB light exposure.[7] It is converted in the liver to calcifediol (25-hydroxyvitamin D) which is then converted in the kidney to calcitriol(1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D).[7] One of its actions is to increase the uptake of calcium by the intestines.[5] It is found in food such as some fish, cheese, and eggs.[8] Certain foods such as milk have cholecalciferol added to them in some countries.[8]"

2) Alpha Lipoic Acid
"Alpha-lipoic acid is used in the body to break down carbohydrates and to make energy for the other organs in the body. Alpha-lipoic acid seems to work as an antioxidant, which means that it might provide protection to the brain under conditions of damage or injury."

"Lipoic acid (or α-lipoic acid) is able to pass the blood-brain barrier and is putatively used for detoxification of mercury attached to the brain cells. It can mobilise bound mercury into the blood stream as it is a mercaptan (sulfur compound which readily binds to the mercury). In the blood stream, another chelator such as dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) or methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is used to transfer mercury safely into the urine for excretion. Neither DMSA nor MSM can cross the blood-brain barrier, which is why both lipoic acid and DMSA are used. It is hypothesized that this treatment-along with carnitine, dimethylglycine (DMG), Vitamin B6, folic acid, and magnesium—could be used to treat autism and amalgam poisoning. In this hypothesis, the reason why autism is difficult to treat is that mercury is attached to the brain cells and most medicines and vitamin supplements do not penetrate the blood-brain barrier. However, α-lipoic acid and perhaps vitamin B12 could making it possible for other chelators to remove mercury safely out of the body and could perhaps one day be used as a treatment for autism. Because lipoic acid is related to cellular uptake of glucose and it is both soluble in water and fat, it is being used for treatment in diabetes. It may be helpful for people with Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease."

3) Glutathione
"Bioavailability and supplementation[edit]
Systemic bioavailability of orally consumed glutathione is poor because the molecule, a tripeptide, is the substrate of proteases(peptidases) of the alimentary canal, and due to the absence of a specific carrier of glutathione at the level of cell membrane.[44][45]
Because direct supplementation of glutathione is not always successful, supply of the raw nutritional materials used to generate GSH, such as cysteine and glycine, may be more effective at increasing glutathione levels. Other antioxidants such as ascorbic acid (vitamin C) may also work synergistically with glutathione, preventing depletion of either. The glutathione-ascorbate cycle, which works to detoxify hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), is one very specific example of this phenomenon.
Additionally, compounds such as N-acetylcysteine[46] (NAC) and alpha lipoic acid[47] (ALA, not to be confused with the unrelated alpha-linolenic acid) are both capable of helping to regenerate glutathione levels. NAC in particular is commonly used to treat overdose of acetaminophen, a type of potentially fatal poisoning which is harmful in part due to severe depletion of glutathione levels.
Calcitriol (1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3), the active metabolite of vitamin D3, after being synthesized from calcifediol in the kidney, increases glutathione levels in the brain and appears to be a catalyst for glutathione production.[48] About ten days are needed for the body to process vitamin D3 into calcitriol.[49]
S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), a cosubstrate involved in methyl group transfer, has also been shown to increase cellular glutathione content in persons suffering from a disease-related glutathione deficiency.[50][51][52]
Low glutathione is commonly observed in wasting and negative nitrogen balance, as seen in cancer, HIV/AIDS, sepsis, trauma, burns, and athletic overtraining. Low levels are also observed in periods of starvation. These effects are hypothesized to be influenced by the higher glycolytic activity associated with cachexia, which result from reduced levels of oxidative phosphorylation.[53][54]"

4) Add a Wide-Scan multi-Vitamin & Multi-Mineral (all in one pill) DAILY.
A wide-scan multi-vitamin/multi-mineral that does what we need it to do (if you're male) = 'Best Man' (the why under the next graphic). I settled on 'Best Man' (see graphic below) also from this supplier: https://www.myvitamins.com/referrals.list?applyCode=JASON-R3S&tw
Wide-Scan Multi-Vitamin/Multi-Mineral |
The costs work out like so:
GBP £13.57 = USD $17.45 / month
GBP £40.72 = USD $52.36 / quarter
GBP £162.88 = USD $209.434 / year
* as at 29th August 2018 prices and Forex rates.
For the Glutathione, I used this supplier:

GBP £0.45 a day! USD $0.58 a day!
UPDATE: 2nd September 2018
I got really, really nerdy with the Vitamins and Minerals, and for you dear new friend, here's the rub!
There are FOUR groups of essential nutrients. Vitamins, Minerals, Fatty Acids & Amino Acids. There are 13 essential vitamins, and 15 essential minerals. Cross checking the contents of 'Best Man' multi-vitamin/multi-mineral above got me to understanding the following minerals were missing from Best Man, and might possibly require further supplementation to get the necessary daily:
- Potassium
- Chlorine
- Sodium
- Iron
- Magnesium
- Iodene
- Cobalt
Out of all the minerals however, FIVE form the majority of your ESSENTIAL needs:
- Calcium - included in Best Man
- Phosphorus - included in Best Man
- Potassium
- Sodium - supplementation unnecessary (provided by table salt)
- Magnesium
I therefore have also now bought:
EMF recovery essentials! |
